As President of the National Braille Association, I welcome you to a great organization.  Whether you are a "newly joined" member or have been a member for years, you are important to our profession.  It is your membership that supports our initiative of providing quality services to our transcriber community.

Remember, your membership qualifies you for discounts on materials, conferences, and training so take advantage of this discount to stretch your training dollars.  The two professional development conferences per year which we host, always feature interesting speakers, new products, and people who speak your language.  Attending one or both of these conferences is the best way to continue to develop your professional skills--see you at a conference near you soon.
