Only the portion of general contents that pertains to the current volume is transcribed. For subseuqent volumes, see d. The brief table of contents is not repeated in subseuqnet volumes. The portion of the general contents that pertains to the current volume is used for subsequent volumes. The only time the brief contents is transcribed is in its entireity in Vol. 1.
