Computer Braille Code

As regards to Computer Braille Code we would like to know if there is a revised version of the 2000 code book, aside from the 2010 update concerning the special symbols page?

We recently ordered a copy of the Introduction to the Computer Braille Code, 2013 Edition and the way it is outlined does not coincide with the rules of the 2000 code book.  Where the publication Introduction to the Computer Braille Code uses Roman numerals with letters to indicate rules, the 2000 code book uses Arabic numbers without letters and we were wondering if the official code book had been redesigned and available for purchase.
