CANCELED: 2021 Professional Development Conference

We are deeply disappointed to deliver the news that we are canceling our upcoming Professional Development Conference in San Antonio, Texas. This decision did not come easily and is a result of ever-increasing complications surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Please know that we miss all of you, we want to see you, and that it saddens us to be making this decision for a second year in a row. NBA remains committed to hosting in-person events and we will come together again when we are no longer facing the the complications that caused us to cancel.

What To Know

• If you’ve already registered and paid online, don’t worry, you’ll be getting refunded within a few days.
• If you registered and chose to pay offline by check, there are two potential scenarios: 1) If you’ve already sent your check, please let our office know how you’d like us to proceed (either by returning it or destroying it once it is delivered); or 2) If you haven’t paid yet, you can just do nothing–your balance due has already been changed to $0.
• If your organization has signed-on as a sponsor for this year, staff from our office will be in touch soon to discuss how to proceed.
