Reply To: Dictionary Entry
I assume (since there is no surrounding text for me to see) that this is being used to explain to a reader how to use a dictionary or what the different parts of a dictionary entry mean. It is material with marginal labels (see Section 16.11) and should be transcribed as stated in that BF section (using keys and grouping indicators).
