Yes, that is correct. When following Nemeth Code formatting rules, the first line of a narrative paragraph is indented two cells from the runover margin. Section 190.a of the Nemeth Code says "paragraphs must begin in cell 3 and must be run over, if necessary, in cell 1." This is the correct placement for narrative that follows a cell-5 heading.
