I'm transcribing some student worksheets and have encountered a page (see attached) with what I believe would fall under section BF 6.5.1 regarding Concept Maps, Graphic Organizers, Idea Webs. This page is repeated 4 times. The client has specifically requested tactile graphics not be used. My first instinct is to follow the nested list format as advised in the guidelines placing Cause: in cell 1 and Effect: in cell 3 but find that I'm second guessing myself. Any recommendations on best formatting for this?

I like your idea - a nested list is a good format for this type of material.

You could also just list them in 1-3. Put Cause then an arrow then Effect. This would save space and still get the point across - Cause leads to Effect.
