    Section 10.1.5 states that you do not change wording for directions or exercise material. Does this mean simple rewording such as changing sentences at the left to sentences below requires a transcriber's note now?

    I think this section means what it says. It says not to change wording. See also Section 1.1.4--A transcriber does not edit text. The former 1997 Braille Formats did provide for such a change in wording, but that has changed. Section 101.5 is that change.
