Dear APH,

There is a book by the name of Foreign Language Guidelines for Braille Transcription, being referenced on “Page xiii of Braille Formats 2016,” (as shown highlighted below). It says that it was being revised a while back. Has it been completed? And if so, or if not, how can I get a copy of the most recent version?

The only current "codebook" for Foreign Language can be found on the BANA website (brailleauthority.org) and it is a provisional document.
