Cindi,

I am not sure how to proceed with the formatting of the attached pages. My 1st instinct is to do these in a listed table or linear table format. But the more I look at this, I am stumped. Any help or direction would be appreciated.

I've done a .brf file with a suggestion...keep in mind that I did not do everything involved and I won't be offended at all if you don't like my suggestions (I did poll the committee and got some response there as well - I have a great committee, they answered very quickly!)

We recommend you do the bar graph as a bar graph (if you change the orientation [do it horizontally] I think it will fit across a page.

Some of this was hard to see without the color (which I hope YOU have!)
