Our nonprofit received an interactive PowerPoint that sighted students have to fill out. We have a lot of different opinions about whether this material is suitable for braille transcription. We would appreciate any input on first if this material is braille appropriate, and second if it is appropriate what would be the best approach to use for the transcription of this material. Thank you in advance.

It appears that a lot of the material is visual. However, you could certainly transcribe the text... I'm just not sure how helpful it might be to a reader. You could probably include transcriber's notes to explain what the text applies to. There aren't rules about this type of material so you would have to do the best you can and be as consistent as possible.
