    Hi Cindi

I have attached a snippet of braille and was wondering can you please give some insight. In the manual it states:

15.1f Emphasized passages of more than one paragraph. When a passage in a different typeface consists of more than one paragraph, the typeform passage indicator is placed at the beginning of each new paragraph regardless of its length or content (even if the paragraph consists of just one word). The typeform terminator, indicating the end of the emphasized material, follows the last word of the last paragraph.

Does this apply if the last word of a paragraph is in italics and the next paragraphs only has one word,

    Thanks for all your help!

This is really a question about UEB rules and would be better posted there - but I checked with that "expert" and we agree that these would be separate elements and should be separately italicized.

    Be well.
