Lowercase title

    Hi,

    I just got a book with a title entirely in lowercase . Should I keep the title in lowercase on the title page and the running head?

    Per BF 2.3.4b: Follow print for capitalization of all titles...so yes. Keep the title lowercase on the title page and in the running head.
