New BANA CBC Update

Are we to use the CBC listing as a priority list of entries on our special symbols page?
The first example http://www.funsites.com
lists the begin and end and that is great.
The rest of the list seems to appear in order as they fall in the transcription.
The second example lists the begin and end and that is understood.
The rest of the list does not follow the order they fall but follows the order in the complete listing of symbols they have provided.
Example 1 does not follow the provided list of symbols.
What are we to do?

I'm not sure why this requirement isn't included in the update. The press release (Dec. 2010) says that the Technical Committee "devised an order in which these symbols should appear ... no matter what order they appear in the document." So, even though there must be an error in their first example, I guess their intent was to create a priority list. I will double check with the CBC committee.
