Hello! Please advise if (and the specific location) I would need the numeric indicator for the expression in the attachment.  It begins with a long dash, which I will substitute with the general omission indicator.  But I didn't know if there was a specific guideline that stated whether or not a numeric indicator was needed to clarify the material that followed the omission. Also, since the addends that follow contain numerals (and are not just completely omissions), I don't believe the space following the plus sign is required. Thank you for you guidance.

    Hi Susan.

The general omission symbol is not a numeric symbol. A numeric indicator is not needed because the digits will be unspaced from the general omission symbol. There will be no spaces in the addition problem.
