In the Instruction Manual for Braille Transcribing, Lesson 19, it gives an example

of the ISBN entry on the title page that shows the ISBN number preceded by the words

"Transcription of". I cannot find any reference to this phrase anywhere in BF. Is it

necessary to precede the number with the words "Transcription of"?
