New Accessibility Committee
The National Braille Association (NBA) is thrilled to announce that in April of this year its Board of Directors approved the creation of a new Accessibility Committee. The mission of the new committee is to advocate for, develop, and implement accessibility standards and practices that ensure the NBA’s programs, services, and operations are inclusive of all individuals, regardless of their abilities. The NBA’s aim is to make accessibility a proactive component of its operations, reflecting its commitment to inclusivity in every action it takes.
The NBA is looking to form a committee comprised of professionals with experience in the field of accessibility. If you are a member of the NBA and have this type of experience, the Association would love for you to consider serving on this new committee.
