November 2017 Webinars
This November, we have a great lineup of webinars that we are excited to share! We’ll have our regularly scheduled free, fifteen minute learning opportunities and also a lengthier training on Braille2000 available with a paid registration.
As always, our Braille Bytes, Music Mondays, and Formats Friday webinars are free and open to anyone with an internet connection. Space is limited to the first 25 people who sign-in. We encourage you to sign-in just a few minutes prior to the start time (no registration is required). If you’re not able to join live, current NBA members can always watch the replay of the webinars right on our website. You’ll find the link under “Resources” in the main menu.
Following the success of our first extended-length, paid attendance webinar, we’ll also be offering a fourth webinar in November. Those interested in learning more about Braille2000 will have an opportunity to register in advance for this training on the software.

Braille2000 From a Transcriber’s Perspective

Description: This webinar will focus on tips and tricks for how Braille2000 can do more of your work for you. We will look at some of the basics, but will also cover some of the more difficult aspects of the program. The intent is to share some of the built-in features that you may not even know exist. You’ll be given the opportunity to do some hands-on activities as we go along, or you can simply sit back and watch while the presenter moves through the files and shows you what the program can do.
